Habitat for Humanity of Worcester County, Inc. is a local affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, and is part of a global, nonprofit housing organization operated on Christian principles that seeks to put God’s love into action by building homes, communities and hope.
Jesse Klump Memorial Fund Inc
The Jesse Klump Memorial Fund, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit corporation, exists to end the tragedy of suicide, to provide a place of healing for those who have lost loved ones to suicide, to support graduates of Snow Hill High School who have demonstrated a desire to make the world a better place though an annual scholarship, and to provide grants for training for healthcare and education professionals dedicated to suicide prevention and mental health.
Donations are tax deductible, and may be made at our secure website or by mailing a check payable to “Jesse’s Paddle” to the address shown to the left.

Junior Achievement of the Eastern Shore is a nonprofit that inspires and prepares young people for success.
Serving Accomack, Caroline, Dorchester, Somerset, Talbot, Wicomico, and Worcester counties, Junior Achievement of the Eastern Shore provides activities, guides, thought leadership and lots of additional resources to support learning.

This non-denominational, lay-led congregation invites the community to join them for Sunday services at 11:00 AM .
But their impact goes beyond just worship! Whatcoat Church is dedicated to serving Snow Hill and Worcester County through various community initiatives, including:
Whatcoat Opportunity Shop – Open the 1st Friday & Saturday of each month, offering gently used clothing and household items at affordable prices.
Senior LIFT Luncheon – Held the 4th Thursday of each month, featuring lunch and insightful presentations from community leaders on topics relevant to local seniors.

NABVETS (National Association for Black Veterans) was created with a powerful mission: to ensure that veterans transitioning from service are not forgotten, but empowered to lead healthy, fulfilling lives.
What started as a group with a passion to do something for our veterans has grown into an incredible organization helping them heal, grow, and flourish.
The American Cancer Society's mission is to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families through advocacy, research and patient support to ensure everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat and survive cancer.
