5th Annual GOLD on the Green Golf Tournament

Worcester County GOLD (GOLD - Giving Other Lives Dignity), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, announced its 5th Annual GOLD on the Green Golf Tournament fundraiser is scheduled on Wednesday, June 19th, at Ocean City Golf Club’s Newport Bay Course in Berlin. This is GOLD’s major annual fundraising event. 

Registration forms are available on GOLD’s website and Facebook page.

Great ways to promote your business and sponsorship opportunities are available. GOLD is requesting donations of items for golfers’ gift bags, which can include a business logo, and raffle and award prizes. Monetary donations are greatly appreciated.

Love craft beer and want to learn how to brew? Just a short drive from Ocean City or Salisbury, you will find yourself in Historic Downtown Snow Hill, Maryland, located on the Pocomoke River. You will taste 8-10 different craft brews and then with the expertise of Chef and Brewer Tony Hilligoss, you will learn to brew your own beer. This is hands on and lots of fun. Be sure to bring friends. This is a great bachelor party event or birthday party idea too! Plan for 2.5 hours for the entire experience. There are several restaurants within walking distance so you can grab a bite during the 30 minute boil session.  After your brew session, you can go kayaking, canoeing or chill on a boat with a captain on the beautiful Pocomoke River.
